Sometimes an item you ordered is not in stock and will be backordered. This is because the product is not in stock or the delivery is delayed. Then an email is sent to you within 2-4 days. Contact us if you wish to cancel your residual listing or if you have questions about delivery times etc.
We list availability information for products sold by us on the website including on each product information page. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about availability. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible if any products you order turn out to be unavailable and you will not be charged for those products.
Please note that unless otherwise stated on the website, delivery estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such.
We will verify pricing when processing your order and before we take payment. If we have made a mistake and a product’s correct price is higher than the price on the website, we may either contact you before dispatch to request whether you want to buy the product at the correct price or cancel your order. If a product’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and send you the product.
All orders received is often sent the same day or the next day. Delivery is usually 1-2 days within Sweden. For international shipments please expect 3-5 days in Europe and 5-10 days to other countries.
Freight charges are as follows:
Free shipping: Orders over 50 Euro (500 SEK) in Sweden, outside Sweden over 105 EURO ( 1000 SEK)
Standard Delivery: 3, 5 Euro (29 SEK)
Nordic countries: 6,5 Euro (59 SEK )
Europe: 10 EURO ( 89 SEK)
Outside Europe 13 EURO (119 SEK)
If the goods are damaged or lost during shipment to our customers, we are liable. If this occurs, it is your responsibility as a customer to notify us immediately. If the goods are damaged or lost when returned to us, it is the customer that is liable.

We reserve the right for final sales as well as for stock keeping with our suppliers, as well as for any price errors that may arise. For standard deliveries you will usually receive your order within 1-3 working days within Sweden, 3-5 days within Europe and 5-10 days for other countries. All orders are normally shipped the same day or the day after. We reserve the right for longer delivery times for large workloads. Unsolved packages are charged with a fee of 150 SEK.
