Delivery & Freight

Sometimes an item you ordered is not in stock and will be backordered. This is because the product is not in stock or the delivery is delayed. Then an email is sent to you within 2-4 days. Contact us if you wish to cancel your residual listing or if you have questions about delivery times etc.

We list availability information for products sold by us on the website including on each product information page. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about availability. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible if any products you order turn out to be unavailable and you will not be charged for those products.

Please note that unless otherwise stated on the website, delivery estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such.

We will verify pricing when processing your order and before we take payment. If we have made a mistake and a product’s correct price is higher than the price on the website, we may either contact you before dispatch to request whether you want to buy the product at the correct price or cancel your order. If a product’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and send you the product.

All orders received is often sent the same day or the next day. Delivery is usually 1-2 days within Sweden. For international shipments please expect 3-5 days in Europe and 5-10 days to other countries.

Freight charges are as follows:

Free shipping: Orders over 50 Euro (500 SEK) in Sweden, outside Sweden over 105 EURO ( 1000 SEK)

Standard Delivery: 3, 5 Euro (29 SEK)

Nordic countries: 6,5 Euro (59 SEK )

Europé: 10 EURO ( 89 SEK)

Outside Europé 13 EURO (119 SEK)

If the goods are damaged or lost during shipment to our customers, we are liable. If this occurs, it is your responsibility as a customer to notify us immediately. If the goods are damaged or lost when returned to us, it is the customer that is liable.


Alla ordar som inkommer levereras samma eller nästkommande arbetsdag. Avvikelser kan inträffa i samband med högsäsong. Vi reserverar oss för slutförsäljning samt för lagerhållning hos våra leverantörer, samt för de eventuella prisfel som kan uppstå. Ibland händer det att någon av de varor som du beställt inte finns i lager och blir restnoterad. Detta beror då på att varan ej finns i lager eller att leveransen är försenad. Det skickas då ett mail till dig inom 2-4 dagar. Kontakta oss om du vill annullera din restnotering eller om du har frågor kring leveranstider etc.

För standard leveranser får du hem din order i normala fall inom 1-3 vardagar inom Sverige, 3-5 dagar inom Europa och 5-10 dagar för övriga länder. Alla ordrar skickas normalt samma dag eller dagen efter. Vi reserverar oss för längre leveranstider vid stor arbetsbelastning. Outlösta paket debiteras med en avgift på 150 Sek.
